Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

For your peace of mind, you may inspect your order in the presence of the courier before accepting it, including the item, color, size, and overall condition. If you choose not to accept the order after inspection, you may decline the delivery, with the delivery shipping cost borne by the customer.

حرصًا على رضاكم، نتيح لكم معاينة طلبكم عند الاستلام أمام مندوب الشحن، للتأكد من القطعة واللون والمقاس والحالة العامة قبل استلامها. وفي حال عدم رغبتكم في استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة، يمكنكم رفضه، مع تحمّل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بالطلب.

Exchange & Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tag attached, and must not have been altered or otherwise used.

يشترط أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية، غير ملبوسة أو مغسولة، ومرفقًا بها التيكت الأصلي، وألا تكون قد تعرضت لأي استخدام أو تعديل.
